Here's how this will really work, CA cargo will be transported to the state line in CA approved vehicles.
Once over the line , all cargo will be sent to a warehouse to be offloaded into a real diesel truck to continue it's journey.
Expect several days delay in shipment times, since we have no idea when these new CA approved trucks will actually complete their runs.
Railroads will also fall under this new no-diesel rule. So locomotives will cease to exist. And one can add even longer delays.

Everyday, I read about "There is not enough raw materials.....IN THE WORLD.....to make everything electric...."
There is language about...."or hydrogen cell...."
So they are going to get rid of cars(basically) in 10 years. Ever been to CA? You need a car.

We literally live in a quasi-socialist country and have for generations. The sky isn't falling and we won't go full socialist. Calm down.
Do you think there aren't elements within the Democratic Party who don't want full blown socialism? It's definitely gained traction with college kids. They don't see the future that used to be there and think keeping everything equal is the way to go.
