Central supplement

File! File! File!
Looks like they took out the 9.5 language too. I guess day after Thanksgiving is still double time
Didnt the Central just say if the review shows progress hasnt been made in the reduction of overtime an employee who has continuously worked over 9.5 can file a grievance?

Part timers who work 8 hours during their shift get another 10 minute break.
Part timers who have at least 5 weeks of vacation can break one of them up into single day vacations.
Increase in pension benefits
So PT get 2 paid breaks, and FT doesn't? What kind of crap is that?

That's the same thing we thought about the negotiating committee, when they said this was the bestest contract ever.
People are using the RPCD term like it's viable now.
Subliminal assertion at it's best.
RPCD is only a position if the 22.4s are voted in.
I hate being looked upon as a sheep.

What "negotiations?" Negotiations implies give and take from both sides. From the cheap seats it looks as if The company said, "this" and the union said, "um ok."
From a dim witted perspective I can see how you understand now. From a give and take situation the 14,800,000,000 that we got doesn't back that scenario up.

I find that hard to believe. Sounds like Brown picked up.the tab.

They're to cheap to even offer.

And, no self respecting Teamster would let a management person do that.

There is drinking, but that is after negotiations and never before 5 o'clock.

Before 5:00pm elected officials are still on the clock.

Actually you picked up some of it.

Before anyone gets the wrong idea;

An elected official is allowed 2 drinks.... but only with a meal.

No if , ands, or buts. You will be forced to reimburse the Local Union and

are subject to discipline from the E-board of your Local.

Hopefully I get some of it back from the strike fund.
I'm pretty sure it is 8 hours at your current rate of pay, which should be good for you as to seeing you posting all day instead of working would imply that you don't work a whole lot anyway.

I'm pretty sure some of these people who post here would have a hard time adhering to these rules.
