Fastest loader with 385,729 misloads and only a 26% shelf accuracy... Your job as a loader is to work with/for the driver to help him have an efficient day. And that ultimately saves the company more money because top rate drivers get about 300% of your pay with 250% more time than you so therefore you should be working with the driver to ensure everything is where he wants it. Johnny G was the best loader EVER. No pal labels,had to look at zip first, then look on a chart to see where it went on a truck. Wrapped before 8:30 every day.

We had to be wrapped by 8:00 AM everyday. I didn't need to look at the chart except for some resi's.
