you believe that the mass murder in Norway came about in just 90 minutes...really? I'm thinking it took years for the guy to get to that 90 minutes. You're also ignoring the obvious, the killer knew there would be no opposition for a calculated period of time, no one to stop him. He went to a place where there was no one to stop him from the carnage. BTW, he wasn't a law abiding citizen.

Speaking of Norway, Glenn Greenwald had some interesting thoughts comparing how we react to tragic and violent episodes verses how Norway has since responded. Given between the 2, I'd rather live with Norway's response but ironic that Norway is so "socialist" and yet we are so "free" but the actions clearly show which society is driven out of pure fear. Driven by oligarchs out of self interests! Follow the money!

I do but not for that reason. I have had the unpleasant experience (twice) of having a delivery for someone who had just passed away. Both of those were DR, no knock, no ring bell, hurry back to the PC.

All kidding aside, that would be tough to make that kind of delivery.

Now why would my fingers be sweaty? lol
I'm glad you asked. Because killing another human being no matter how justified is a traumatic experience. Law enforcement officials go through hundreds of hours of training to supress the hyper-emotional state that can cause a tragic error either in using or not using deadly force. Even then, sometimes it is not enough. I'm only supposing that you have not had such training, though I may be wrong about that.

No I havent... but one thing I have experienced... I have had a gun pointed at my face. It was a turning point in my life. I decided at that time that if it ever happens again I will not be caught in that position if I can help it. I dont like the thought of pulling that trigger, but now I know that it will either be me or the other person. I will at least have a chance
