You are right. He has given me the schedule for the next 3 weeks showing what days I am coming in early. I am in RT, so we are pretty wide open and can speak our minds. He knows about my kids school schedule and such. Anytime I want to pull the plug I can. With no school for the foreseeable future I might as well bang out some hours and take the cream that comes right off the top into the 401k. He knows I won't come in on my days off for OT, so when this came up before my regular shift, he wanted to offer it to me before others just to be fair. There is a handful of people behind me that would gladly take it.
