They don't GIVE anything. You EARN that 401k match as part of your compensation.
We had a driver a driver suspended for using GPS. No electronics are to be used in the cab of a FedEx vehicle.
Like I said, FedEx gives nothing. You EARN it. They are only required to pay minimum wage, so with your view everything else is given to us?There is no law or reg dictating that a company matches anything, nor that it even offer a 401(k).
Zero, if they give it to you, it's times two in their eyes.Like I said, FedEx gives nothing. You EARN it. They are only required to pay minimum wage, so with your view everything else is given to us?
Keep drinking the kool-aid. Your just what Freddy wants for emp'sThere is no law or reg dictating that a company matches anything, nor that it even offer a 401(k).
Canada.Where are you located? From the little I've seen, it appears that each station differs on the extent to which this policy is enforced.
Yes. Why, should they not be?
We had several radar detectors.....they work and make a fast trip out of that desolate drive from SLC to Idaho Falls.
Look at a map for Christ sake !!
The comment was to radar detectors which appears in this thread....get a life!
"radar detector" there it is, my ticket to the party !!The discussion was about the legality of radar detectors in Canada and the use of navigational devices in commercial vehicles.
Try to keep up.
Better yet, request map from your manager, getting reimbursed for a map is harder than ever these days..Go to a gas station on your route, buy a map book, get a receipt and give the receipt to your manager for reimbursement. Look at said map book and start delivering. Seems pretty simple to me.
I haven't had a checkride in three years
Probably because when my current mgr gave me one all I did was rip the current state of fedex and then asked him where he wanted to eat lunch and that I'd be back in an hr to get him.
