Everything is lopsided in our center. Country routes are ed, going out with 160 stops and 140 miles in a U-Haul while the in-town routes with helpers are back and punched out in time for 9.5. You're either in by 9.5 or punching out at 9:30. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground right now.

Lot of new drivers this year, stop counts are pretty normal but preload is stretched thin from the extra routes so load quality is absolute crap (Dispatch doesn’t help with all the crazy adcuts).

165-180 stops taking 10-11hrs when it’d take 8-9 up till last week.
