1. Ups is a publicly traded company whose business model can only take so much.

2. Trump will welcome unyoking of misdirection right about now.

3.It's not the first offer. Ibt was negotiated over 9 months. It will end up being the last best offer. You can mark my words.

4.The contract won't be imposed.
During negotiations did ups explicitly state that this was the last best and final offer???

Back in "97"..they had pamphlets and letters sent to all of their union employees clearly stating that this was their "Last, Best and Final Offer"...Study the history and you would know where that went. (wink, wink, nod, nod). :winkiss:

(There will not be a strike)..The 1997 one was a desperate attempt by UPS to get out of their future liability with the "Central States Fund"..They failed big time and had to pay far more for their withdraw in 2008..There is no serious problems on the horizon to test a work stoppage currently..Things are going pretty well currently with their continuing profit margins.
