Is there really a possibility of a strike?

If so why? I mean I understand this place sucks and everyone is overworked constantly but is there anything in particular that we are going to strike about? I don't understand what's different now than any other time I've worked here the past nearly 4 years
There is a lot of bad blood between members and management. There is a lack of people that can't grasp reality, on both sides.

Sometimes a strike is necessary to at least maintain what the workers before you fought hard for. Right now things are going the wrong way and the workers are losing holidays and pay increases and many other things. This should NOT be happening with a company as prosperous as UPS is. It boils down to "do you want your fair share of the pie" or do you want the other side to reap ALL of the profits? Wake up people.

We need to fight for more rights and pay or UPS will just slowly chip away at what we have now! We should be demanding 6 hour days with a $20 an hour pay increase.
