It's late trailers air and ground. It's hard to beat the competition when they have at least an hour head start on you. Delivering and picking up customers at the same time isn't service. Many if them count in us getting there early so they can turn the product over and ship it out later that day.

You do not have to cover upffor their inability to get our air here on time or to get us out of the building on time. Simply give them your immediate supervisor or center manager's name(s) and phone number and let them deal with it.

Yes I agree, its a mutual responsibility of IE and OPS to make this so. Its a patient nit a package should also be in our minds of our ramp and hub people. We can not be late when it is about medical. That is not a question of pack, repack and ship. Its a matter of life. Thanjs to UPS ERs can operate. It is you who make this possible... we must all be aware of the big responsibilty we have. pls remind your Supv...its a patient...not a packge...

Adapt? I'm not gonna lie. If I had to ship something right now that no-sh*-critically had to be somewhere tomorrow morning, I would use FedEx. The confidence just isn't here right now.
