No it’s not. It states, if you don’t have to pay union dues don’t. It means exactly what it states. If a new hire comes in and never pays union dues, they were never paying the union.

OT after 5 unless you double shift and then it's after 8 hours, correct? Are you saying they force you to work past your shift and don't pay you OT until after 8 hours?
