Is this company wide?
This was me today:
It's a shame that the customers don't share your enthusiasm.
It has always been 90 minutes relaxed for the last week of Peak, not 9 hours.
same here, but it's been that way for a few weeks now
I kinda wonder if the customers even knew this was going to be the case. I doubt it.
Sorry, rabbit trail.
Where do you prefer your NDAs to be loaded? Some like it on shelf 1 others in the back. Others just want them on the seat so they can put it where they want.
Company doesn't exactly hide it
You talkin' to me?
I'm too lazy to look it up so I just assume the worse.
And every customer should send everything air saver. Why pay top dollar for no service?
What a joke
My air was on time today!!
It was Fridays air....
Don’t feel bad, FedEx has no service commits theough Christmas. Personally, I think it’s a good idea except for those who must have their stuff early. Most people just want their packages on the day due. If doing this makes it possible for both companies to get everything delivered by Christmas, good.
Well... assuming it makes it, it depends on the route!! More commercial type route in the back because most of the stuff is big, a residential route in the front seat.
I delivered an NDA at 1600, loaded in section 7. I love no commit days.
I'm sure our customers love it too.
That is everyday for me
My air doesn’t even get loaded. I have to go pick it up from some at a parking lot usually after I’m done with commercial stops
The suits in the corner office have realized how bad they messed up this peak and are basically saying just get it done somehow, please.
I think this is the first year that air shipments have an end-of-day commitment. It's too bad that shippers who really need a morning delivery (e.g. hospitals, production lines, legal documents, etc.) have to suffer due to the avalanche of Christmas presents. All the customers that ship air steadily throughout the year are penalized for shippers that ship the majority of their shipments for 2 weeks out of the year.
