No they aren't I have a stop that the same guy is there every day and his name hasn't been in the board yet and it's been months. Also some days there are no names in the board. CIR is a complete waste of time just like Morion

I have some stops that have updated and I have others that never changed the names.

Names are updated every 30 days.

Not in my center. CIR has names pop up that are months old and those receiving people have quit their jobs long ago.

Commercial release requires you to make customer contact and record their name.

Most of my customers are there to sign. Only way to save time is if you have to find somebody, but even then, if they are not there, you have to find them, so how much time are you saving?

A ton, in my opinion. Drop package, ask for a name and complete the diad process walking back to the truck. I’m engaging with people 10 seconds max.
