I leave :censored2: at businesses all the time as dr's if I can't find someone with the balls to sign. Never yet been talked to about it.
Yep they're not saying anything now but one serious mess up, they'll build a case against you and use all that in the panel if they really want to get rid of you.

If I'm at a known closed at 12:30 I'll sheet it closed at 1:01 wherever I'm at. Any manager that's gonna pull ticky-tack discipline on this I'll take my chances with the union.
Our center is pretty lax on this as well. If it's a known close they are not making you go back to sheet it. Hell if it's a business missload and they can't get it to the right driver they will have us sheet it as closed before 5 lol. Crazy

I do that too...uh ok margret I know it's really scary to sign for the offices supply of paper towels...I don't have time to wait for you to find gene. Have a good one.
I can't stand this! They act like only a supervisor or manager or their boss can sign for the box of pens lol. I hate trying to get a signature and you try to hand the diad to somebody and they act like the gosh darn thing is on fire ! :hang:

What is so complicated about you can not sheet commercial NR or CLO between 12-1 under any circumstance?

omg not another. I wouldn't do this unless you get the ok from management. This could be considered dishonesty
C'mon Bro. That's what's wrong with this company nowadays. Common sense has been taken out of the equation. Yea I guess if there's an AH manager he could TECHNICALLY get you. But he's not gonna. He'd have the whole center going back on stops.

It's not complicated but it's a waste of time. I'm talking specifically about the call tags. When the business is open and they tell me the package is not boxed up yet and can I come back tomorrow. The time is 12:15 which means in 46 minutes I have to return and sheet it up? It's not complicated, it's a waste of time. And don't tell me oh just take your break or take lunch, screw that. It's a waste of time, plain and simple.

Now the board knows if it's a commercial or residential address. To stop this exact kind of thing.

I wonder if they actually discipline for this. I doubt it. I have a bunch of condos as residential for my route. There a 5 businesses, all condo leasing offices. Sometimes when the business on my route is heavy they give these condos to a split car. If the split car gets to this section after 5pm, it equals 5 missed. They sheet em up NI. I know because the next day I'll have it back and it's written on the service cross. Then when I do the stop and get the signature it'll come up with the screen that asks home, business, direct to apt, not sure, etc. Then I select business it'll come up with a screen that says this stop has both resi and commercial classification in the past. Please sheet accordingly. I'm sure those split car drivers have never been disciplined for that. As a matter of fact, I bet management themselves are telling them to sheet it that way to avoid missed.

But this is something that corporate has come up with that even management rolls it's eyes at. Sometimes I think that the people who come up with these JO'd rules has never seen the inside of a package car.

Brother nothing but love for you. Common sence is out the window. Do you know what it's like when someone loses their house when they get fired. I've seen way to much to even discuss. I'm just trying to say make sure to follow the methods no matter how stupid they are

Problem is management knows it's stupid but they do what they're told and so should you. If it comes down to you or them you're gone
