Not Drinking Enough water!!!

One sports drink (8-12oz) then the rest of the day water.

I have a 24 oz water bottle that I fill and put in the refrigerator overnight. When that is empty I will refill it with iced tea when I stop by my house during the day. If that is not an option I have several stops on area that will let me refill it with bottled water.
