Welllll... I don't waste my time reading Integrity.
But I will comment on 1 Corinthians 14: 34 - 35..It has been greatly misunderstood.
The word “silence” in this text means to be quiet; not to speak. It's from the Greek word sigao. Thayer says “to keep silence, hold one’s peace”. Silence is used in contrast to speaking or addressing the assembly.
This also includes not interrupting the inspired revelations by asking questions. Directly inspired prophets existed in the assemblies in the first century. The revealed will of God. ( the New Testament was yet to be written) It would be natural for the wife to interrupt the assembly and ask him what he had just said and meant, thus disrupting the worship. So, "ask him at home."
1 Timothy 2:12-15 talks about submission of women. The woman is to learn in “quietness.” The Greek word hsuxi/a means “quietness: descriptive of the life of one who stays at home doing his own work, and does not officiously meddle with the affairs of others. . . silence” (Thayer).
The role of women is tied again to creation: (a) Adam was first formed, then Eve (2:13). (b) Eve was deceived in the transgression (2:14). Woman shall be saved if she accepts her God-defined role.
Titus 2:5. The woman is to be “obedient” (upotassome/naj) to her own husband. If she is otherwise, she will cause the word of God to be blasphemed (Tit. 2:6).
1 Peter 3:1-6 commands the submissive role to the woman. She is to submit herself to his rule (3:1). She is to manifest a “meek and quiet” spirit. The word “meek” is from praoj which means “gentle, mild, meek” (Thayer 534).
From these passages it's clear that a woman in the assembly and/or worship is not to take leading role in the assembly. If a man or men are present their role is to lead/teach, not the woman.

I do not believe in the suppression or oppression of women in any setting or situation most importantly in institutional religion.

I also affirm your right to believe this. I can’t tell you what to believe.

I do believe that the oppression and suppression of women in institutional church is not consistent with the life and teachings of Jesus.

Not surprising since the established institutional church and religious leaders and scholars of Jesus’s day was against him even as he walked the earth.

My understanding of this text is it is referencing the mysterious and eternal existence of the Word-Jesus and the supernatural, eternal, and mystical nature of the communion of the Father, the Son (the Word made flesh), and the Holy Spirit.

Not religious writings.

The Bible and the sacred religious traditions that established it didn’t even exist in eternity past.

I do not believe in limiting God’s talking and interaction with humanity to ancient religious text and writings, nor to I believe that religious texts established by religious men of the past can be elevated to the level of God’s exclusive, exhaustive, and perfect words to mankind across all time and generations.

Sorry, I'm not on the same wavelength with God you are. I've yet to have him speak directly to me and not through the Scriptures. That's a convenient out by the way. Don't like what the Scriptures say on a given subject? God will tell me directly what to do so I'll just ignore those Scriptures.

I believe you're suffering from a messianic complex.

Cults get started when people start claiming they have new revelations from God.

Which is very contrary to scripture.

2 Peter 3:16

16 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

Egomania is the simplest explanation.

Integrity: I think women should be treated equally and fairly within religious communities!
Browncafe religious hate mongers: Wow what an egomaniac! He must think he is some sort of Jesus!
