Again, how do you know he doesn't talk to God? Exactly now.
There is no doubt one can talk to God. It's called prayer.
There is no way God talks to him or anyone else today. That's written down. It's called the Bible.

Jesse Duplantis says not only does God talk to him but tells him he needs a new plane!!

AND God told Jesse who was going to win the Kentucky Derby.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
Wow. The jealousy emerges. Is it the same you are applying to a person that talks to God? Is this what you are doing? JEALOUS?

Personally attacking folks because of your failings or inadequacies?

Again, how do you know he doesn't talk to God? Exactly now.

I don't "get" to be a pilot. Or a certified airplane mechanic.

Remember....other folks read this stuff....not many.....but they do.

So a church decided they didn't believe the same fundamental tenets as the Southern Baptist Convention that they were a part of.

Instead of simply choosing to not be a part of the SBC, they chose to act contrary to the beliefs of the group, and then whine that SBC should change to accommodate them.

Why am I not surprised this megachurch is in California?
I didn’t see any whining reported.

It’s all available for him to see he just doesn’t want to because he enjoys what he does.

“Southern Baptists believe the place to begin in this, as in all doctrinal questions, is to ask, "What does the Bible say?" Even a cursory reading of the pertinent texts prompts three important observations: 1) there were no known women pastors in New Testament times; 2) none of the instructions regarding church order include instructions for women pastors; and 3) some texts on church order explicitly forbid women to occupy that role. In 1 Timothy 2:12, written with the specific purpose of regulating the office of pastor and the orderly function of the churches, Paul writes, "I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man" (NIV). Paul does not expect that women will not or cannot learn or teach (compare with Titus 2:3-5 and 2 Tim. 1:5; 3:14,15). He concludes women cannot have a pastoral position, or perform the pastoral function, for that puts them in authority over men in the life of the church.”
No mention of 1 Corinthians 14:35 here.

SBC's Executive Committee Chairman Jared Wellman said in a statement to Baptist Press that the disaffiliations came because of “the churches continuing to have a female functioning in the office of pastor.”

“As stated in the Baptist Faith and Message Article VI, the SBC holds to the belief that the office of pastor is limited to men as qualified by Scripture,” stated Wellman. “These churches have been valued, cooperating churches for many years, and this decision was not made lightly. However, we remain committed to upholding the theological convictions of the SBC and maintaining unity among its cooperating churches.”
Not news to this thread.

You have not proven that 1 Corinthians 14:35 was the basis of their decision.
I didn’t know he was supposed to. You’ve been given all you need to understand the basis for their decision, you’re incapable of understanding that your problem. It’s a problem you have quite often.

Sounds like a typical problem of megachurches.... Egotistical pastor with a god complex.

The head pastor of this church appointed his own wife as a pastor. He thinks he knows better than the SBC, and that he and his family are better than them and the bible itself. Ego.
I really don’t see it this way. But God knows.

1 Timothy 2:12 is, read between the lines just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s not there. Deal with it Move on get over it. I’m tired of listening to you.
I believe this teaching that you reference by Paul doesn’t meet the teaching of Jesus. I believe it falls way short of the 2nd of the 2 greatest commandments. Therefore I have to believe that it just represents a flaw in Paul’s character that he still struggled with.

I get it. Paul was not perfect, no judgement here.

I think Paul’s words in Gal 3:28 is more in line with the heart of God and Jesus’s teaching about love.

My recommendation would be for you to go to a different thread.
