I'm going to vote no, its a lousy contract. I'm tired of the over-dispatching and I will retire on this one. It will pass though and the company will continue to abuse it.

No mention of delivering after 9pm, 70 hr work weeks, harassment, telematics discipline, 9.5's, forced 6 day weeks, and loss of black friday compensation. I believe those were also issues right up there with the hybrid driver issue. Not forgetting restrictions on cutting routes due to sending more work out on Sat & Sun just to undercut seniority drivers on Monday. So we wait for the tentative contract to be available.

The part time air drivers in my center start out at $13.50 so how is that right? .50 cents drop in pay...

I see guys doing around 200 a day. They are usually the ones that brag about how fast they do routes while they are loading their cars before pcm.
