Check this out for a second. The one thing we keep missing is.
All contract violations should result in penalty pay. Only then do we have a chance for UPS to honor the contract.
These company will comply don’t mean jack diddly squat.
It means "we're going to do it again ".

UPS was fiercely opposed to having automatic penalties for sups working and 9.5 issues ...as in automatically putting money for these things on next weeks check...wonder why?? It’s pretty easy don’t do Union bargining work and you don’t have to pay.....
