FedEx Ground is basically Avon, Mary Kay, Pure Romance, Xango etc.

There's a difference between Ponzi scheme and multi level marketing.
Ground is neither. They provide a service they don't directly sell a good. Ground is a scam but not the scam you are making it out to be.

Ponzi schemes do not have to involve directly selling goods.
FedEx Ground realizes it cannot compete fairly so it uses unfair labor and business practices to try and compete unfairly.
FedEx Ground is a complete joke of a company.

I started at MPLS then my route moved to Maple Grove.
LOL. A joke of a company that keeps taking market share and pressures your company to cut routes to stay competitive.

I saw 3 different Fed Ex trucks in the same apartment complex at the same time last week.
There was a time UPS would have had all that volume. That was long ago though.
Not really...UPS is willing to lose unprofitable business to Fedex!

Becaue of illegal and unethical practices.
Ground is a joke, my route has 4 ground drivers on it. You would think one guy could handle it.
Most Ground drivers look like pincushions and inked up societal rejects.
I'd recheck that of I were you.
