No sir. Call them like I see em. Seniority is the only work life benefit, but unfortunately local management should be exposed for not respecting this basic dignity. Strange bed fellows indeed.
My experiences is local management. Will certainly try to get away with anything The membership will allow. Squeaky wheel gets the grease.

I'm extremely pro business as far as making UPS successful now and in the future. The conflicts of interest with regards to self interest over ethics and leadership boggle the mind.

Do the math. I started back when the whole hub was staffed with 18 year Olds. No need for automation when labor is getting it done.
You sound like you started around the same time I did I was also 18. we seen some pretty amazing advancements that I would’ve never guessed or possible when I first became a UPS employee.

I remember when we started scanning packages it was called Ground trac service not every package was scanned, and it was laughable in my opinion to think that we could even do that.

I remember having to type in every address in the diad board because it wasn’t loaded in there you.

I’m not afraid of technological advancement because I understand without good humans using it and running it it’s worthless.
