Oh and yeah dood the MFR and FDR ideas were awesome because I totally never mix up my friend's with my capital R's and put rear door rights at the front of the truck especially with how many packages I am expected to do yeah it's cool man I'm happy to make probably less than half your pay
OMG I'm so embarassed to think that maybe we can make preload a full time job and give the dudes loading a truck more time to put 1000 pieces in good order for the driver you guys know so much better I'll just go back to jerking it in my truck behind boxes with my bulkhead door closed

Honestly, loading is a joke. Mgmt makes it far more difficult than it should be. Been on the same pull for a while. I load it how the drivers like. But some bs, like lately when every day this week I'm pulling 50-100+ stops that won't fit on the truck. Same
. Every day. Like mgmt can't tell/look at the address and figure out there's dozens of boxes that are about 3 x 1 ft in dimensions going to the same place as they always are. Spend about 10 minutes just catching and throwing it off the belt.

Twice the hours? How did you get your job if you can't count. I already work 6 sometimes almost 7 hours a day. A full time job is 8 hours
