You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
Or you could take your package car 200 miles off of your route and just leave it.....
Trust me that crossed my mind. But who does that screw? Fellow workers?

In my center some weeks there's only 1 sup to run the building all week long. I could reek havoc for that week. All routes in every day.

8 hour request for you and you and you. Everybody gets 8 hour requests.

you guys have the stupidest :censored2:ing ideas when it comes to inside ops

Then please enlighten us why every day it's like a monkey :censored2:ing a football in the hub.

Oh, and BTW, guess who sorts it out as best as possible? Your first clue is that it isn't management. It's the employees wearing the brown polyester sweaty uniforms every time.

it’s like you’ve either never done the job or have been out of it for so long you don’t understand it’s mechanics at all

Hey dood even though you make like double my pay I'm totally happy to take that 50 piece bulkstop you put on the 3000 shelf for some reason and put it in the empty RDL space.

Oh and yeah dood the MFR and FDR ideas were awesome because I totally never mix up my friend's with my capital R's and put rear door rights at the front of the truck especially with how many packages I am expected to do yeah it's cool man I'm happy to make probably less than half your pay

OMG I'm so embarassed to think that maybe we can make preload a full time job and give the dudes loading a truck more time to put 1000 pieces in good order for the driver you guys know so much better I'll just go back to jerking it in my truck behind boxes with my bulkhead door closed

And like my driver's totally love it when they have to dig through an overstuffed truck wondering if that RDR is at the front or just a little deeper into the rear or maybe it's on at the end of the 5 and 6k shelf IDK who knows but who cares he will figure it out

Honestly, loading is a joke. Mgmt makes it far more difficult than it should be. Been on the same pull for a while. I load it how the drivers like. But some bs, like lately when every day this week I'm pulling 50-100+ stops that won't fit on the truck. Same :censored2:. Every day. Like mgmt can't tell/look at the address and figure out there's dozens of boxes that are about 3 x 1 ft in dimensions going to the same place as they always are. Spend about 10 minutes just catching :censored2: and throwing it off the belt.

how are you going to load the volume if it’s not all there?

how are you going to make a profit running 2x the hours if you can’t cut half your staffing because of fixed positions?

or are you just saying we should double our preload expenditure for absolutely no reason but you though it was a good idea?

Well get the volume there ! Should be easy enough for you to figure it out.

Twice the hours? How did you get your job if you can't count. I already work 6 sometimes almost 7 hours a day. A full time job is 8 hours

Point is there's no need to be rude and generalize us with "stupidest :censored2:ing ideas". We can take jabs at each other all say because stupidity runs along both sides of the fence at ups. But it adds nothing to the discussion but bad hard feelings
