Fixed it for you.

Dominance of the weaker isn't anything to be proud of. I have no problem living and working next to anyone of any race, as long as we share a common belief in "Love your neighbor as you love yourself".

Kennedy, Johnson, and Nixon all signed EO's for affirmative action. Each one expanding the playing field for it.
If it makes you feel good you can say; Affirmative action began as a simple idea to expand equality and has morphed into a hot topic.
Or you can say; Now that you are allowed to compete in our arena we extending an olive branch out to you and putting a safety net underneath you.
Ask yourself, around the time it was signed (think civil rights era) why is something like this being created?

*we are extending.
It is literally the face of America now. Minority quotas, veteran quotas for tax breaks, female quotas. Trans quotas. A lot of people getting to a higher than should be status based on something that really shouldn't matter.

No test exists to determine whether or not the playing field has been leveled for those the law was intended to help.
We, as a country, are now seeking out perceived inequities in order to eliminate them.
What we are accomplishing is, elevating the pedestrian and devaluing the exceptional.
Our fate, if this process goes unchecked, will be the same as that of the Roman Empire.

Are you saying that before affirmative action all the blacks that were never considered for executive positions simply were inferior and not worthy?

Furthermore, when looking at boardrooms across America, if you see a single black man and a Hispanic woman, do you assume affirmative action? Because if you do, it only shows how deep stereotyping ideas run.

I may have been an affirmative action hire.

Since then I've proven and continue to prove just how damn good I am.
