He is management. Of course he doesn't know what he is talking about.

UPS airlines is one of the most sought after pilot jobs in the industry.

My friend's brother works for Alaska Airlines and he said you had to have a crazy amount of commercial airline miles to even be considered. If a pilot retires, there's 100 applicants waiting for that seat.
