That makes absolutely no sense. I got treated like the antichrist for merely suggesting we do away with the keyless, and here your center is willfully undoing it all when the main remote dies?

You didn't coast all the way down the mountain to the center? If you have to coast through a few red lights just give it a lil "beep,beep". no biggie o_O

The way things are done now is inconvenient when no trip permits are on hand already, and illegal after 3 are used. Plates rarely arrive before the latter happens. We need dealer tags.

I locked the keys in the cargo once when the fob died. Learned a neat trick to get into the cargo that day (requires a PC with a roll up back door).

New(er) cars have problems too, and are frequently more difficult correct when they do. Dealer also have to work them in if they are still under warranty. The Freightliner guys frequently are stumped by our unique Chevrolet powered machines.
