Spilling a forgotten pee bottle on shelf !! NI the pkgs two days to dry out !!

Two days in a row. First day, knocked bottle over and it soaked into this wierd irregular that was sound deadening stuff for a music studio, sig required of course. Second day, forgot it on the shelf with no cover. Just pickup pkgs lmao

Part time Sup fired for stealing t-shirts and such from packages, and wrapping them in UPS shirts to hide it.

Once had a new hire during peak on the preload loading cages. Found out on week 4 he was color blind when I asked him to put a package in a middle red cage, and he replied "there's a red one?!"
....please speak up if you CANT SEE THE COLORS WE ARE REFERRING TO!

Had someone cut their wrist open while using a tape gun.

We had a driver who "borrowed" a peel off bar code from a customers SRM book to ship a personal package. The only way the shipper found out was when the package was returned to them as a refusal.
