Today I got 3 cuts for the same car that was already shaping up to be a brick. I told them at break I told them again about 90 minutes before wrap and an hour later told another supervisor. I asked for help three times to be told there's no help beside the 3 seasonal floaters. They had fair warning the car wasn't gonna even make it on its own let alone three cuts.
I stacked out hard (inside and outside) last trailer comes I get a barrage of the cuts. I was told to "just toss them in however and put the totes on top I don't care how you do it throw it if you have to and clock out".
I did the best I could and punched out. Work as directed. I'd have been written up if I didn't go and clock out.
Do you drivers who never done preload think the packages magically appear on the shelves in perfect HIN, and someone gets paid to come in and tear it apart?
