Maple Grove MN Driver

Cocaine Mang!
He probably hates his job too, I know I do. Only been here for around 5 months but I know I always try a lot harder for the drivers who were friendly to me/helped me finish up their trucks. The guys that get there a little early and watch me struggle with 4 blown out trucks can keep getting bad loads all peak.
Your job is to load package cars.
Their job is to not work off the clock.

That one package on my 1000 shelf was an RDR. See it?

eats packages

Deranged lunatic

I have the opposite problem last week with a dispatcher that pals stuff that belongs to shelf 1000-2000 into RDR and RDL. I am torn between mixing them up real good with hospital pieces and blaming the dispatcher or risk getting yelled at by a sup for 'custom loading' and dumping them back onto shelf 1000 where they belong.

Today I got 3 cuts for the same car that was already shaping up to be a brick. I told them at break I told them again about 90 minutes before wrap and an hour later told another supervisor. I asked for help three times to be told there's no help beside the 3 seasonal floaters. They had fair warning the car wasn't gonna even make it on its own let alone three cuts.

I stacked out hard (inside and outside) last trailer comes I get a barrage of the cuts. I was told to "just toss them in however and put the totes on top I don't care how you do it throw it if you have to and clock out".

I did the best I could and punched out. Work as directed. I'd have been written up if I didn't go and clock out.

Do you drivers who never done preload think the packages magically appear on the shelves in perfect HIN, and someone gets paid to come in and tear it apart?

Thanks preload for leaving 2 hours of sendagains on the belts that we had to clear prior to being able to run local sort causing all of our trucks to leave late.
