Aramark jackets suck. Give me the old non polyester anyday. That being said, I’ve survived the winters in shorts and the jacket until later in the day then the jacket comes off. Gets a little toasty in those tractors.

I'm with ya. The new ones are ugly and are like a flak jacket. The old ones have character and feel like a warm hug.

I rock a medium too but found a brand new small with the tags still on it last spring and felt like I hit the lottery.

I'll even take a damn hoodie. I have a hand-me-down standard issue jacket now but it's got to be really cold or I sweat in it. I've seen some guys get away with brown north face or columbia fleeces but I'm hoping the standard isn't the only option.

And yes, I used the search option. It's only old outdated stuff or new useless threads.

I wear my Columbia jacket under our cool new UPS vest I got great movement it's warm and people see you( reflective vest) your good between 45 to 60 degrees with a long sleeve jack shirt

when it's cold i wear a brown flight jacket with the vest on top. occasionally a sup has criticized me on it but not to any significant level.

All winter long I wore long sleeve baselayer, long sleeve ups shirt and vest on top. If I was moving I was good.
