There is a few great jobs out there for people who have a CDL , so leaving and getting a decent job isn't to hard

My understanding is that once vested in the pension you keep it. If you quit and don't find another job in the same pension then your benefits don't increase and worst case is you can start drawing at 65. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that. The only way you could lose it is if you start drawing before 65 and then start working again without the pension administrators approving the work.
