Given that the GOP controlled congress launched additional investigations into the Clinton matter long after she was cleared it only stands to reason that the Democrats will do the same in the aftermath of the Mueller investigation. The GOP may in the end wish that they had left the Clinton sleeping dog alone. Will Trump be impeached? No. Will he be indicted after he leaves? Depends on what the other ongoing investigations which now numbers close to half a dozen find. Will he be renominated? I'd say barring the unexpected ...60/40 in his favor. Will he be reelected? He pretty much has about 40% of the vote. The question is, will it win him enough electoral college votes this time around?

Probably not. The Dems lost 2016, and expected the Mueller report to get him impeached. They are exceptionally motivated to vote in 2020 and the only thing stopping them winning would probably be nominating someone so far to the Left they scare independents. Which is a real possibility.

you think these investigations are due to a deep seated loyalty towards Clinton and not just partisan politics?

take a deep breath and think

Now that the Mueller Report has disappointed, it's back to the personal attacks for the libs.

No, actually it's back to the Republicans trying to keep the entire report under wraps after pledging transparency. A week ago the House voted 420-0 to make sure the entire report was available. Now that Trump has been cleared of collusion, they don't want it seen. Wonder why? Mitch McConnell blocked a vote in the Senate today on transparency. Again. Why?

Because they know what's in it.

So, you don't think Mueller wouldn't be going to the Press, or members of his team, if the Republicans were trying to squelch negative findings that might hurt Trump? MFE likes logic and reason, maybe he can explain that.

Mueller isn't talking. He left that to the AG, who is not doing a very good job of pretending he isn't Trump's hand-picked escape pod.
