Yeah because we were under the 60 hour weekly limit. Not 70 hours

There is no way they shortening a guys day on Friday and Saturday.

What's the point of even changing it? You get the amount you were over taxed right back in feb when you file taxes. Is money that tight that you can't survive without that extra 300-500 in December?

I agree as a 20+ year employee here. Why play games with it.

If you were seasonal and need the money to make Xmas special for your family, I'd be all for it.

That is also my understanding. Max of 60 in 5 days didn't change. Just working more days.

That is incorrect. The 12 hour rule is for CDL holders and is the 100 mile air radius exception. Package is non-CDL and uses the 150 mile air radius exception. That rule allows 14 hour days and has been posted or linked earlier in the thread.
