Two tiered for drivers will be a reality.

That happened at FedEx from what I understand. Thirty years ago they had employees who topped out in 3 months, then it became a year, then 3 years to top out. Then about 20 years ago they really changed it and the grandfathered employees stayed topped out, but new hires were put on a pay progression that never topped out or took 20+ years. Recently they implemented a 10 year top out pay progression of basically a dollar a year raise.

HoursTracker I think only available on apple. There's lots of others. This was the most user friendly. Just plugged in my rate and it factors everything perfect. Even has an option for OT after 8 hours. I hold them to every penny.

Because my Saturday I adjust as time and a half in the settings.. so the 5.03 shows as straight time, but it's factored correctly money wise. It's at $44.xx per hour for those 5.03 hours.

It's the only way to hold payroll to anything!! There's been numerous times I've caught them slipping. Biggest was 273.00 they skimmed off me. Had my check NDA To my house after jumping on them about it.

Did you start full time?? I started cover rate. So I started at 29.93.. OT is 44.89..

That would be why then... I think if you're classified CD (3c) you're suppose to start at the higher rate.. If you're a classified (06) coded full time driver when you started then yea, you'd start at the lower rate.
