The war in the Ukraine makes Vietnam or Korea a LIC. It is a hair trigger away from becoming WW III or a nuclear holocaust .
But it shouldn’t be. We have no business having anything to do with it. It would have been over long ago and many lives spared if :censored2: wouldn’t have gotten involved.

Ukraine was and is a sovereign nation before and after the USSR. Putin is the aggressor and invader of a sovereign nation. Ukraine has every right to defend itself with the help of the EU and US.
Agreed they were a sovereign nation. That's not what I'm saying. Russia was in the wrong to launch an offensive as they did. But it goes much much deeper than our government caretakers try to lead us to believe. The problem is they took the first punch against a bully and that bully was NATO and the West. Look up the Minsk agreement. That agreement after the dissolution of the USSR states that NATO would never expand a single inch along Russia's borders. Look at the current NATO nations that are on their borders. And then look at the NATO military bases that have built up along their borders since.

Further Russia has been warning the US for years that this would happen. It just doesn't make our media. Instead our media focuses on shallow US social issues instead of world events. The response of the US over the last several years was to keep encouraging Russia border countries to join NATO. Look up the US involvement in the ousting of the former Ukraine President and the installation of Zelenski. The US funded a coup on the former President.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

well that’s what happen in this case. The RR and the unions could not come into agreement so the government, “parents”, step in. So that means you support the government stepping in. That’s good to know

Actually the RR and the Union leadership did come to an agreement. It was the rank and file of a few of the 12 Unions that voted the agreement down.
