We’ve had guys wait an hour for a goat or their rig.... sometimes they can get a driver to hop into another tractor, if one is available.... they get run almost 24 hours a day...

That's pretty similar here as well, most of ours run 24/7. Last week I waited for an hour and 45 mins for one to show up.
