We are all trying to get less pickups, not more, due to late start times, pickup commits that remove driver flexibility, over dispatching, and management worried not about growth or service, but only about speed.

People are people.
We all have our incapabilities and standards.
Some may be sick or have problems at home.
Some are still looking for their own identity.
Humens are not always the way they percieve themselves.
Some have inconsistent inbalance personality disorder and some
act normal but are crazy. Unfortunatly it happens somethimes we hire a person train them and they seem to forget they are trained. I have had a couple of those unfortunate that even said they did not receive training, hours of my life wasted. Terrible.....but also learning curve...

You can not win if you dont try.

Speaking of impeccable service and such high enthusiasm, Friday we had 302 late airs in our center. But we sure as hell turned in our daily dose of sales leads by golly.

Improvements always need to start somewhere. A DM might be a step to far to begin your journey. We are not amused when we need to tell customers or excuse ourselves whe we are late but we do it with pride. because we know tomorrow will be a better day.

UPS your so silly... You fail everyday and harrass your employees for not being robots. And the only solution you monkeys can come up with is by having less people working...
