The sad part is 30 plus years ago I was proud to put on this uniform.Its always been hard work however things made sense and we cared about customer service.Today this place is a hole and all we care about is how much you can jam in a truck and if you blow your horn and tuck in your mirror. I'm embarrassed to deliver all the smashed packages.I give ups about 20 more years and it's bankrupt maybe sooner

I think UPS will still be around in the future.
But I do think the UPS of now is more focused on greed instead of service.

with all our policies and compliance that is hard to believe.
a stealing mngr or sup will be fired the same way as we often do with load people, how sad it may be. To steal from the one that feeds you is serious but it means the trouble outside may be bigger than we know. stealing is sad no matter what grade you are.
