10 step pay raises

Just got done at work. My manager said steps 3-7 will remain the same as last year in our market.

My manager did the same, showed last years chart. Til a CRR printed out the new one...

I don't believe we have access to workday from our phones from what my managers were saying. Only managers phones have access. Anyhow anyway I can find what market level I'm in if I'm not at work?

SM confirmed on Thursday steps 2-9 will get roughly additional 2% on top of step increase. About a 7.4% raise for steps 2-9 and then 3% at 10

You could ask here, tell people what city you are in or... take what you are currently making(if you were hired more than 2yrs ago) figure out what that number is, and match it to the chart..
