Besides did UPS ever use the term "insubordination"? Isn't it "Failure to follow instructions"?

Well I have yet to get in trouble for not following instructions other than getting a write up for facial hair. Isn't that same thing?

I've seen guys and gals like this. Act like this at a hearing and you're as good as gone.

Had a chick one time make it to panel over attendance.

All they wanted her to say was ill be at work no matter what.

She was like well I can't promise that I could get sick.

Buh bye.

I guess she doesn't know how to play the game
