the last 3-4 years I worked they were adding more and more jippos and we would file and file and file. looks like the company is wearing us down because it is getting out of hand.

their favorite come back was " we are here running a business and will do what we have to do."
ya , okay , but follow the rules and hire more Teamster drivers. I may have had some respect for some individual managers but over all had very little respect for UPS management as a whole.
Nothing to file on now, it's all legal with the new contract...

Protip: use a shower credit to get your own personal and clean bathroom, nothing like dropping the Cosbys off at the pool without hearing or smelling other men :censored2:

Thank you and way ahead of you. I also bring my own soft toilet paper. The supplied sand piper on a roll is a problem.

We have a bunch of sleepers coming in around here as well. Like you guys mentioned we can barely handle the workload now so I have no idea what they are going to do if they actually implement the added workforce.

The sleepers are supposed to be taking volume off of the rail and from the subcontractors, so it shouldn't necessarily add workload to the hubs- just more opportunities and work in Feeders. We're getting our arse kicked in time-in-transit so going to more linehaul makes sense.

Anyone getting a stop contact dipatch immediately message when inbounding with two red X’s? Sick of having to call dispatch every time to get a door

Got one yesterday outbounding.

Here's the pic. Maybe @cheryl wants her red X back.
