I am not getting $19.50 hour... not even close. Someone posted the wage for helpers earlier, and that is what I am getting. I am a good worker, I walk faster than most people run.
I take pride in how I work, and I don't have to stop for a pee break very often. I guarantee I could keep up with the best of you on a 12 hour shift. JS.
That’s what they all say. 10 minutes into the first day they’re ready to give up.

I see management telling loaders to do this!
If I were a driver I'd be livid. I remember my first week or second week I had to stay late and help a driver literally rearrange his entire truck cause all the shelf 1's were on the 8 shelf and later packages in the front. Wtf? Loading isn't hard. LMAO

All about blame shifting. Unload/PAL as fast as possible at sort end to keep PPH up and sort “down” time earlier. Have preloaders shovel it all in so they can punch and drivers minimize AM building time. Try to point the finger at drivers who had to stop/sort/dig for over allowed the next day. All the facts and photos in the world don’t matter to you. Tell your DM your preloaders and drivers are union :censored2:. Repeat.

Why would someone complain about the number of stops? You get paid by the hour. I would think that the more stops the better.
I have only had 30 stops with my little golf cart so far. That was about 3 hours... which included loading packages in to the cart and writing the numbers on them. I want at least 100 stops... but I guess that wouldn't be possible with that little trailer I pull. :/

oh its possible

u will go back to the storage locker and load the trailer again, and again

just wait

its gonna be so much fun

We don't have good cart routes here, but if love one. Right up to the door, step out. No climbing in and out of a pc 200 times a day
