So my card expires later this month, sup told me what urgent care place to go to and what not and said the paperwork i have to print is on upsers.com Well i went and dug around and the only thing i can find is OSHA respiratory exam, and once filled out it would be 16 pages to print out. Is this what i'm supposed to print and bring? HR said he believes what i need is in with the view paycheck feature and that's where this is.

No need to print the files. Just bring your computer to urgent care with the files downloaded.

okay im going to make this as simple as possible. type your username/password into upsers. type in DOT in search bar. click the first link it pops up on the right side it has the "related files" boom done... or click this

not sure if its country wide but i no longer need to carry the card in my state. its all on the "computer now" which for me makes it harder to remember when it expires

You are required to have the card on your person in the event that you are involved in an accident.

You are also required to fax, email or personally present your new DOT card to the local DOT office so they can enter it into their system. They will most likely stamp the back of the card showing it has been entered.
I'm told one of our feeder drivers faxed his new card to the local DOT office. Time went by......
....the DOT said they didn't get it. The driver had to take all his written tests AND the road test again.

This must be done by our local HR person as all we are required to do here is give her a copy of our new cards.
