$15 dollars may be worth it to some. But I heard the employee/Sup situation is no better than UPS. At least you have union protection at UPS.

Part timers in my center making $12.90 an hour for 3.5 hours a day....are about to exit in masses if THIS contract passes.
I wonder where they will end up working?

But you're forgetting. At UPS you only have to bust your ass for 3.5 hours.
At Amazon you have to figure out how to occupy an 8 hour day!

Ya I understand the frustration. at some hubs you need to work 5+ years before moving up from a package handler. And then you have to work 3-4 years before you get top rate as a driver.

Even air jobs at my hub require 5+ years. 22.3 positions are like 10 years+.

If this contract passes or not, it will not matter to PT. There will not be any improvements. 36 years have shown that.
