2d day of Intergrad and she ended up quitting. Said she didn't think she could do it.

Damn, that's a shame. If they did a fine job raising our stress levels at my local training class, I'm sure Integrad is that much worse.

Depends on where you are located and which supplement you are under.

In Northern California our supplement does not have progression for feeder. Every feeder driver is automatically at top pay.

Every single time I am the one who gets picked on to be sent home. Even though there was a trainee, he was just floating around picking up randon stuff. Another preloader even joke saying "You just walking around doing nothing." There were three other trainees on they belt. They came several weeks after me. As soon as senior preloader showed up and showed almost 2 hours late. I am told I have to go, Overstaff. Why me?

No idea what my pay is, when benes start, do I get the .75/hr raise the drivers got 8/1/19?
Anyone have any real answers- keep getting different stories

$20.50 is the starting wage for a 22.4 driver. Got to go through progression.

This thread addresses everything re: the raise. There's a post or two which suggested those of us w seniority dates after 8/1/18 may get the GWI after accruing 1 year of seniority. Talk with your steward and drivers who seem to know what's going on.

FULL TIMERS still in PROGRESSION with seniority date by Aug 1st! Did you file your grievance!?!
